Update: I also really want to read NJO as well but 19 novels just sounds so daunting. Maybe eventually though. I do plan on getting Courtship of Leia, Tatooine Ghost, Darksaber, Black Fleet Crisis, Corellia Trilogy, Truce at Bakura, Survivors Quest, and MAYBE the X wing books. Am I missing anything else essential?
Ahhhh okay. I also love the Old Republic time period. I guess I just enjoyed the Thrawn trilogy so much I decided to focus on post ROTJ. I’ve played both KOTOR games though and TOR as well. It’s an amazing time period to be interested in
Isn’t Outbound Flight pre clone wars? Or maybe it was during the clone wars
Thank you so much for your input. I didn’t know Darksaber was part of a trilogy, but you learn something new every day! Do you think I should read the XWing books as well? I’ll definitely also add The New Rebellion to my list of novels I want! I’ve also head that Outbound Flight is pretty much essential for reading Survivors Quest. My collection is pretty much limited to post Endor (but I would LOVE to get the Tales of the Jedi comics someday because I love those characters, Ulic Qel Droma in particular) but I’ve heard that one pre clone wars story is super important. Prior to recently I’ve had loads of Star Wars legends reference books (I loved those so much growing up for some reason) but never ACTUALLY read the source content. I’m so glad that’s changed for me recently! Thank you for your comment!
Thanks for the advice man! I’ll definitely take it into account!
I agree I agree! Audio books are great too though!

I wish we got some kind of video game or something set during the time of Exar Kun and Ulic
