"Online Whiplash" is one of the weirdest feelings ever.
Post Body
Y'all ever watched star wars, had a great time, and then come online to interact with fellow fans only to find alot of hate for the movie you just enjoyed?
I'm coining this emotion "Online Whiplash". That feeling that you may be the only one that likes this movie in a sea of hate.

IIRC freefolk started as a place to discuss leaks and spoilers from the books in relation to the show as both were banned from the main show subreddit. It eventually grew to gather people who'd been banned from the main sub, and around season 5-ish started to really pick up on heavily criticizing the show, which went into full swing maybe halfway through season 6. Definitely a slow burn compared to how quickly things turn nowadays.
