Xbox One Game Breaking Lag

Is anyone else experiencing game breaking lag on Xbox One? I play Virginia Server with an started 11ms average. I average 65mbps download and 45 upload with sub 10 latency and 0-1% packet loss on everything expect SWBF2. Usage data and crash reporting are off and I select my server every game. I have restarted console and router multiple times and moved the console outside of the entertainment center.
Game was working very smooth until this last week.
