To use as reference I will source the video by Yusi-D-Jordan on YT. (Watch the video first it is what I am building off of for sure start at around 1:35)

(EDIT: Honestly, I'm not sure how sith work but I don't think there should have been any silhouettes on the sith side at all because they cant persist after death, a new analogy needs to be established for his level of power related to sith force or just leave him as powerful super emperor but alone against the Jedi)
When I saw the silhouettes in the theater I really was disappointed that they didn't render the actors as their characters in the background (I'd even have been OK with a slightly out of place re-rendered Ashoka (early work for Rosario?)) and I really like how this video showed their images flash at certain influxes in the battle and it got me thinking: (And this is why I always credit Lucas for going back with special edition edits to add things he couldn't or didn't do before. I would love to see it done properly for this scene especially, and given the history of it being done in Star Wars I think it'd be OK.)
1) So don't change anything until the silhouettes, but render at least the people from the voices if not a legion of recognizable Jedi.(again I know we have Ashoka and Kanan) but I'm sure something can be done, unfamiliar stand in lookalike actors would be fine even)
2) Now for this next part a small backstory that may not be force consistent would have to be established in which this is the end of this era of the "force" so the force energies occupied by Jedi able to live after death and possibly some that were able to find the way even having not known of it before (Ki-adi, Secura, etc) are present and prepared to extinguish their conscious control over their energy and give the power to Rey. In effect sacrificing their true existence in the Star Wars Universe from then on for the purpose of true balance. I like this if it can be done canonically.
3) So During the first volley of lightning by the Emperor I noticed they put Anakin and I would change that to Young Luke as he would be most willing and not hesitate to give his remaining energy first to bolster Rey initially, then I absolutely agree Ashoka would be next. Now I wont go too into detail on where timing should be but as you watch I believe they should go like this:
- Young Luke to head off the blast (If Anakin goes young why wouldn't luke?)
- Ashoka to maintain focus
- Luminara Unduli preparing in force realm just before scene swap to space fight and going in right as they return
- Kanan in place of young luke to handle the rising power of the emporer during the strengthened lightning blast
- Adi Gallia followed quickly by
- Aayla Secura to maintain the repeated bursts during the monologue
- Yoda right after the lightning power spike after he says I am all the sith [NOW MY FAVORITE PART BUT CREDIT MOSTLY TO VIDEO EDITOR FOR THE IDEAS BIRTH (part of 3:33)]
- Anakin and Obi-Wan's clash splash from EP.3 it made me think of how much force power was controlled during that battle (kinda like some Dragonball fusion shit) and how their decision would be to bind their power together as a burst of effectiveness and I'm not sure the logistics of lore and practicality but if they could step from either side to create a perfect tri of lightsabers at the moment of the burst it would be perfect.
- Darth Vader appears after her fifth step (with the power of Obi-Wan and Anakin lasting her 4) right as the first volley reflects back at the Emperor. Now I love the idea that possibly the dark side of Anakin was indeed separate, yet became good and learned how to also ascend to the light sides realm and probably tried to not be noticed ever, but in this moment would also give his power, which would essentially tip Rey now into a power level above the Emperor.
- Mace Windu should appear as the second burst from Rey pretty much finishes him off.
- Qui-Gon Jhin helps force push the final burst.
In many situations I'm not sure If they would be force pushing or helping by visually holding a force lightsaber in that moment and appearing for a flash. Gimme your ideas!
I'm actually crying lol Star Wars affects me too emotionally.
