Did Vader ever attend middle management Empire meetings on Coruscant? And did anyone ever send him Paul’s birthday card to sign (via inter office mail)

Since Emperor Palps was probably working on high level stuff he most likely left the day to day Empire management to Vader and his team of managers and supervisors.

But even Vader has to attend meetings that could have been done via email or Zoom right?

I bet Vader had to go to some of those boring middle management meetings and maybe even attend a holiday party or two. Do some clerical housecleaning like making sure supervisors are hitting their Empire goals as well as clearing the fridge before a long weekend.
