Is there a good list of the key Clone Wars / Rebels episodes to watch to understand stuff like Maul, Ahsoka and Maldalore?

I’m watching Star Wars in order with my GF, and wanted to show her the clone wars because I love the show. She doesn’t want to watch 7 seasons of a cartoon before getting to the next movie, but i feel like she’ll be missing out out. I want her to be have all the info once we get to the Mandalorian.
Im hoping we can watch about one season’s worth of episodes to ‘get’ the clone wars, and maybe the same for rebels. But I don’t know where to start.
Any help would be much appreciated.
