I'm wanting to play some Star Wars games with my friends, but I have some disabilities and am kind of overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options.
I already have Squadrons and Battlefront II lined up, but I know that X-Wing vs TIE Fighter offers more variety in content than Squadrons and so was hoping to set that up for us to play, too. The visuals are pretty old looking so I was hoping someone had made a mod for the game to update them, but when searching for such I came upon a mod for a game called X-Wing Alliance instead, and was wondering if I should just get that game and mod it instead? How does X-Wing Alliance compare to X-Wing vs TIE Fighter in terms of depth and variety of content? What about in available mods? I still kind of want to play XWvsTF for nostalgia, but I want my friends and I to have the best experience possible.
Thank you for any help you can provide me with this, I really appreciate it.
