I'll go first, my least favorite is the Enterprise from the 2009 movie. Generally I don't like the appearance of most of the ships from the recent movies, but the Enterprise bothers me the most because we see it the most.
For me the 2009 Enterprise is too rounded, like an inflated balloon. The neck is too far back, which makes the deflector look like a jutting chin. And the interior is ridiculously bright and white. Every single person who works at any station must fight constant headaches and eyestrain. I know it looks cool on film, but as a practical ship where people work it is basically a failure of ergonomics.
Overall the design of the movie ships and stations feels like the artists were going for some retro-50s futurism that just never really lands. The Yorktown station is probably the worst example, but a lot of the movie stuff focused on what looks cool over what would actually maybe work.
