I say this because it’s a combination of ALL of Trek. Brilliant people and fans with great minds have put this show together to give us so much from different series of the show. Now they’ve even referenced the Kelvin timeline and they’ve done it without being unnecessary or cheesy.

• The characters are well written and continue to get better each season.

• It has a story arc but still keeps that episodic feeling that we love

• The action is better than anything I’ve seen

• The social commentary of classic trek is still around and relevant

• The production quality is worthy of the big screen

• The cast and characters are so diverse. There’s representation that is fitting of this universe

This is just what I can think of off the top of my head.

The creators of the show obviously aren’t just in it for a cash grab because they clearly put so much time and love into Disco. It’s nice to have fans writing it.

I truly feel that I’m getting the best of Trek with this show.

I know there are many who disagree, and that’s fine. I just had to put this out here.
