I know a lot of plot points and devices is there to kind of move the story forward and add some elements. They kind of piss me off that they had to go to another dimension to talk about a mission. Then go on the bridge of the ship Tell everyone the same thing. In addition to that they should have brought more security personnel and a larger away mission crew. Family sent three people over there they should have sent like 20.

If this device could potentially wipe out billions then you should send more than three people on the mission
