Anyone else see this blatant false advertisement on the client?

I've wanted an uncorrupted Xayah/Rakan since they first launched so bad and it hurts even more knowing they exist but as a PC only player we just don't get them . Seeing them in the PC client hurts worse Dx

I tried to ask a Riot PR person that I'm in contact with (I'm a content writer for a relatively big site and got contacted to write a Star Guardian article!!) if the WR skins would ever come to PC, but he said he didn't know :(
