London, producing a one off show advice?
Post Body

Hey friends!

I'm in London for a few months (but my home base is in LA) and I'm interested in producing a show while I'm here. I'm on the SW side of London, but I'm open to anywhere that fits the bill.

In a dream world, I'd like a small venue with a PA system already in place. I'd love for a sofa to be on stage, but I can absolutely settle for just bringing chairs on stage.

While I have produced a bunch in my hometown, I don't even really know where to start in a city I'm unfamiliar with. Any thoughts on a venue that might be good I could secure before I leave in May? I'd love a March/April date, but I'm not sure if I'm too late in trying to secure a spot.

Is there any advice on where to rent a PA system if I can't find a place that has one in place? And, worse comes to worse, chairs I could rent too?

Any and all advice is totally welcome!

Thanks y'all!
