Standing desk no longer working after move, looking for advice

Hi everyone after recently moving I found out my standing desk is no longer working, I've not used it in a while when I was at my old place as I had the height adjusted to what I thought was great.

When I put the desk back together it no longer works, the controller for the desk was still attached to the cable top so I'm not sure if I broke the wire for the controller unit.

I was hoping to get some advice of rather or not I can get a replacement control unit?

Here is some pictures of model numbers etc for the desk.
