How to find replacement barrels?

Long story short, Houston TX roads suck and fucked up one one of my rims. My JDM import came with these 18" face 19" work seeker rims, some already had some dings and stuff but this is the final strawl.
Can someone talk me through finding a replacement barrel and what information I need to order the right one, and how do I go about swapping the barrels.
1 wheel is 9.5", the other is 10.5" wide. Both 18 face stepped up to 19" rims. Unsure on offset but I assume the face kinda decides that.
