Safety in different parts of Stamford/Norwalk
Post Body

Hello /r/StamfordCT!

First time poster here. I recently accepted a job offer in Norwalk and my start date isn't until beginning of August. However, due to travel schedule during the summer, I decided to start searching for apartments now.

While looking for apartments on Zillow and browsing this subreddit, I noticed that though Stamford is a fairly safe city, there are some crime concentrated areas (much like Philadelphia, where I'm from). If any of you kind Stamfordianites could let me know which neighborhoods I should steer away from, it would be much appreciated!

Also, does anyone know where I should/shouldn't look in Norwalk? The Norwalk subreddit has like four subscribers so I haven't tried there yet.

Thanks again!
