Blue spots

I’m aware most of the posts here about marks, however I have had this pan for a while and it always has light grey marks that I’ve never worried about . But recently it got these blue lines with white spots on it. Is this the same issue just more extreme? And if it is what did I do to cause this and how do I prevent it? I almost exclusively use this pan for boiling pasta or making sauces.
