TL;DR New FWB has a sudden emergency and leaves us hanging for almost two hours.

We had been talking to this guy for about a month. He advertised that he is vers bi, like me, and experienced with couples. During our conversations we let it slip that we were going to a concert about 2 hours away and had booked a hotel near the venue for the night before and the night of the show. About a week later he tells us that he had booked a room at the same hotel for our first night. We were a little put off since we hadn't met face to face yet but thought "Why not?". We had multiple daily contacts up till about 1 pm on the day we were supposed to meet. He went radio silent but we just assumed he was driving and couldn't text. We didn't think much about it as we had already set up a meeting time for 5:00 pm, happy hour at the bar. At the hotel, Peaches went through the usual predate rituals (shower, hair, makeup, super sexy bra and thong) while I got the room set up (drinks, lube, condoms, extra towels). We headed down to the bar right at 5:00. Nobody even close to matching his pictures was there. Sent a couple of texts with no response then, at 6:45, he replies the he had a family emergency and had to cancel. Of course we had amazing hotel sex several times over the next 36 hours, partially out of spite I think. No contact since so we all just have to draw our own conclusions. We understand that shit happens sometimes but it seems that first time FWBs seem to have a lot of family emergencies. END of RANT.
