First-time icebreakers?

Wife and I are looking at having our first MFM experience (I, the husband, am straight).
The hardest thing she's having to wrap her mind around is starting... what that might look like. Any icebreaker suggestions beyond Truth or Dare, or "just go with the flow"? So many options out there, but they're more oriented to foursomes, bi-couples, or hotwife couples.
