Hey guys!! My hubby (M 33) and I (F 33) are newbies to the Vixen/Stag lifestyle here in Chicago. It was actually my idea. We have been together for 15 years and married for 10. I was actually a virgin when I met him and within the last few years I began to have fantasies of experiencing other men. I’ve dropped hints over the years and when I actually talked to my husband about it, he was not surprised, he understood my feelings and desires but he was also very on the fence about it. But we communicated and talked and talked and talked and talked some more and he eventually really enjoyed the idea of it. We’ve always had a solid foundation in our relationship with immense trust. No issues with infidelity or trust violations. We had our first MFM experience and it was amazing! He is looking forward to more adventures. Yay!

I’ve been going through many of the posts here in the subreddit and it seems like many times it was the husband/boyfriend’s idea. I just wanted to hear from some of the ladies who actually initiated the lifestyle and how did you introduce the idea to your partner? What made you want to pursue this kind of dynamic?
