Hey, I was hoping someone could help me through this. I got several emails talking about the refunds I'm going to get for the games I had bought. They had all been done through the same card, and that card is no longer accessible to me. I was very nervous because that bank would not honor any transfer refunds even if I called. Immediately after receiving those emails, I got another one saying that one of the refunds was declined and to choose a different payment method to refund. That refund ended up going through correctly after I changed the payment method. Why didn't the other ones give an email to change the payment method if they all were under the same card? It's very confusing and I'm not understanding how to change the card for the others. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
