Hello! I’ve been a long time user of strictly l-theanine and it works well keeping anxious feelings away and maintaining focus but today I went out and bought more goodies to help with focus, calmness, and memory. Here’s what I bought based on staff recommendations:
Bacopa Monnieri (300mg) Korean Red Ginseng (500mg) Ginkgo Biloba (60mg)
I’m wondering if anyone in this sub has experience with any of these and if they find it useful? Also wondering if it is OK to take them combined. If you have any other recommendations that for what I’m looking for, please suggest! Thank you!
