Hello, I hope this is the correct community to post this. I wish to know if there are substances that can mimic the effects of regular stimulants on mood and focus without the increase in heart rate and blood pressure. I generally take "gym supplements" which pack caffeine, yohimbine, DMAA and PEA derivates.
After my last visit to my cardiologist, I was told to stop, and I decided to follow his advice. However, the effects of stimulants on focus and mood are welcome in my work field. Are there any options? Not familiar with racetams. Do they affect HR/BP?
TIA
