Adaptogenic stack

Hi all! I’m putting together an adaptogen stack for energy/focus and to combat anxiety/depression. I’ve been testing out a lot of stuff lately trying to recover from a pretty hefty benzo addiction but I’m 3 months clean now and trying to simplify and perfect my stack. any opinions, experience or recommendations appreciated.

Morning- - Rhodiola 3% rosavin-250mg - GS15-4 Ginseng-200mg - Panax Ginseng leaf extract-100mg - Schisandra Chinensis-250mg - Sabroxy-100mg - CoQSol-CF-100mg - AvailOM High DHA 34%/11%-500mg - Cognizin Citicoline-150mg - Taurine-1g - L-Theanine-200mg - 1 cup coffee

Night- - Agmatine Sulfate-500mg - Holy Basil extract-500mg - Lemon Balm-300mg - Magnesium Glycinate-2000mg

Possible additions- - L-Tyrosine or NALT or DLPA - very interested in mushrooms but know little to nothing about any of them (cordyceps, lion’s mane, reishi etc.)
