I'm a 35 male. In decent shape. Follow a paleo diet. Strength train 3x per week. Cardio 3x per week. Typically fast until lunch. My goals with this stack are:
- Boost focus for work during the day
- Reduce anxiety
- Increase overall immune system and antioxidants
- Decrease cardiovascular risk
- Anti-aging
- Sleep enhancement
AM (while fasted):
- L-Theanine 200mg (with my coffee)
- NAC 600mg (cycled on and off every 2 weeks)
- Milk Thistle (taken with NAC after a night of drinking)
- Modafinil (50mg only taken 2x per week, usually Tues/Thurs)
Lunch:
- Primal Master Formula multivitamin (only 1 packet)
- Life Extension Super Omega-3 Plus 2,520mg EPA DHA
- Life Extension Vitamin D K with Sea Iodine (125mcg of D, 2,100mcg K, 1,000mcg Iodine)
- EGCG 325mg
- Super Bio Curcumin 400mg
- trans-Resveratrol 200mg
- Pterostilbene 100mg
- Quercetin 500mg
Before Sleep
- Magnesium Threonate 144mg
- Life Extension Herbal PM Sleep (blend including Apigenin and Rosmarinic acid)
