I'm a 35 male. In decent shape. Follow a paleo diet. Strength train 3x per week. Cardio 3x per week. Typically fast until lunch. My goals with this stack are:

  • Boost focus for work during the day
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Increase overall immune system and antioxidants
  • Decrease cardiovascular risk
  • Anti-aging
  • Sleep enhancement

AM (while fasted):

  • L-Theanine 200mg (with my coffee)
  • NAC 600mg (cycled on and off every 2 weeks)
  • Milk Thistle (taken with NAC after a night of drinking)
  • Modafinil (50mg only taken 2x per week, usually Tues/Thurs)

Lunch:

  • Primal Master Formula multivitamin (only 1 packet)
  • Life Extension Super Omega-3 Plus 2,520mg EPA DHA
  • Life Extension Vitamin D K with Sea Iodine (125mcg of D, 2,100mcg K, 1,000mcg Iodine)
  • EGCG 325mg
  • Super Bio Curcumin 400mg
  • trans-Resveratrol 200mg
  • Pterostilbene 100mg
  • Quercetin 500mg

Before Sleep

  • Magnesium Threonate 144mg
  • Life Extension Herbal PM Sleep (blend including Apigenin and Rosmarinic acid)
