I’m a premed student who is in third year of undergrad and naturally I have a lot of work and studying to do. I started taking the following supplements (to the best of my knowledge) for focus, concentration and memory when I have days where I have to study a lot or do a lot of readings
L-theanine (suntheanine) - I take double the amount of caffeine I consume so if I have a 100mg of caffeine, I’ll take 200 mg of theanine
Caffeine - in the form of coffee
Piracetam - 1600 mg at once
Alpha GPC - 300 mg
Triacetyluridine - 25 mg
Lions mane - 1000 mg but I don’t take it regularly
EDIT: I also vape nicotine a lot so consider that as well
But the thing is, anytime I take this stack I start feeling very anxious and depressed and get negative thoughts along with a jittery feeling. I think it may be the piracetam but I wanted your guys advice on what modifications I should make to this stack
