33, 5'8", 220lbs, don't know my body fat percentage. I worked out a lot in my twenties and early thirties, but I let myself really go the last two years. I used to be a gym rat in my twenties. Was really fit and into bodybuilding, played Rugby, all that fun stuff. I am trying to ease myself back into it, and need a little competitive edge, nothing too crazy. The effects of aging have caught up to me. I plan on getting back into the gym March 1st (couple weeks from now). Below is the stack I'm going to take. Is it too much? Too little? I don't really care too much about "bulking" or "cutting" or anything like that. I just want and need the energy, stamina, and endurance to do 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 30 min to 1 hr of weight lifting, 3 days a week, back again. I'm definitely kind of overweight right now, so I am leaning more towards turning fat into lean muscle mass if anything. I've read that some people have better outcomes taking RAD and Ostarine first, and then MK-677 in the middle or towards the end of a cycle. My cycle is ALL tablets, and is VERY basic and short (with the exception of MK-677, which I plan to take for at least 4 months, but at the dosage and number tablets I have now, it will only last about 2 months, so I will definitely buy more of that).
The idea for my stack is this: MK-677 for managing body composition, improving bone density, etc etc), Stenabolic for: providing energy and endurance before workouts, and for burning fat, and RAD & Ostarine for: increase in strength, reduction of recovery time, etc etc
I do have some gyno from my twenties. It usually goes down when I lose weight, but comes back when I don't workout and gain weight. My understanding is that the RAD and Ostarine don't aromatize, but would you still recommend I add an anti-estrogen compound to the stack? I plan on adding TUDCA and Milk Thistle to the stack too for liver support (but if there are any other liver supplements you'd recommend in addition to or instead of these two during my cycle, please let me know). Last but not least, any advice on natural supplements to add into the cycle, which might potentiate each compound, and also reduce possible sides? I've read that Saw Palmetto is good to add in for prostate health? I'm obviously going to take protein and branch chain amino acids during this cycle. Would a low dose of creatine be good to add for the pumps? Creatine monohydrate or ethyl ester?
