Do I need choline?

I am new to stacks. I've read a few posts about needing to take choline with some supplements. How can I know if I need to do so?
I am currently taking NAC, ashwagandha, Lions Mane, and Cordycep. Do I need to take choline? Do these supplements affect choline?
I am also thinking of taking Huperzine. But need advice, since I heard it affects choline levels. How can I know if my body needs more or less choline?
