Currently I am taking NAC, Zinc Carnosine, Ashwaganda, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and occasional B vitamins and electrolytes. I take some in the morning, and others at night. I am taking the NAC and Zinc Carnosine to help with digestive issues and detox, and the others to help with nerve issues.
Do these work well together? Or should I subtract/add something to get better results? I am hoping to feel more energetic and improve cognitive function. Do to leaky gut and detox, I will often times feel brain fog and have trouble with vertigo and balance.
I am on a very clean diet, I don't eat any grains or consume sugar.
