My biggest issue all my life has been the fact that I am very quiet. I wouldn't say I am antisocial or shy. Just really quiet. So I tend to avoid social settings because I don't want to be the guy who is not saying much. I don't know why, but I just have trouble thinking of things to say. If someone asks me a question, I can talk freely. But I have trouble starting conversations or keeping conversations going. Is there something I can take to make me more talkative? I feel like the part of my brain that controls speech is slowing down with age.
