Blurry vision- kratom, phenibut, fasoracetam, piracetam

One common side effect I get when I take too much of a substance is blurry vision. However I've been having blurry vision a lot more recently without taking the high doses that caused it before. I seem to think it's the piracetam since it is the newest variable to the equation. Is piracetam known for causing blurry vision? Could it be something else? Here are the amounts I take: Kratom 20 grams a day piracetam 2 to 4 grams per day fasoracetam 100 to 150 mg phenibut 2-4 grams once or twice a week. I do not take the fasoracetam and phenibut on the same day. Thanks
