I need advise for my first time stacking for the gym I’ve done some research but I’m new to this and wanted to see if there are any additions someone would recommend.
My goal is to in general gain muscle mass and lose some weight as well as off set my bone health problems from working night shift.
Pre Work out Stack
•Beyond raw lit pre workout 1 scoop
•Beyond raw bcaa 1 scoop
•2 grams creatine HCL
•2 grams beta alanine
•2 grams l citrulline
•625 mg electrolytes
•Pinch of salt
After work out
•Beyond raw dynamic whey
Wake up
•800 mg calcium citrate
•400 mg magnesium oxide
•20 mcg vitamin d-3
•Vitamin b-12
I really like this brand so I’d like to stick with it but any additions to it a or advise would be greatly appreciated.
