Best photorealistic models like Reality Vision 5.1 but based on SD XL instead of SD 2.0?

Hi all,
I've been using Reality Vision 5.1 since some time and have got good results so far. But since then SDXL has been released and is like a substantial improvement over SD 2.0. But I have struggled to create decent photorealistic images with it. The same prompts that work great with RV 5.1 don't work that well with SDXL. Even changing prompts a bit doesn't help too much.

I can see various models on Civitai based on SDXL, some of which say they were fine tuned on photorealistic images, but was wondering if anyone has tried and tested any of these? If you did and got good results, please share it :)
