Starting July 1st this fund has allocated 100 million to help first time home buyers with their closing costs / downpayment in the form of a 0% interest second mortgage. The income cap is about 130k in Pinellas County and the max amount allowed to borrow is $35,000 depending on what you qualify for.

My lender said these funds usually last 4-6 months. I wrote about it a bit in my weekly newsletter - I also linked a website that shows homes with potentially assumable mortgages. Hell yeah brotha
