Post Body

I have a few but I'm sure someone can top me.

Last year I was walking back to my car along the waterfront around 11pm and I see this strung out guy aggressively digging through the trash next to a bench. He wasn't paying attention and threw a glass bottle out behind him that almost hit me, he looked back and was like oh sorry and I kept walking.

The next morning I was up pretty early and went back downtown to walk my dog. I walked by that same area and saw a taped off crime scene with cops there and a body sitting on the same bench covered by a sheet with a little bit of blood on it in the face area. Not sure what happened but it's likely it was the same guy. I really wanted to ask the cops what happened but talked myself out of it.

Second one - This was probably 6 years ago. I was hosting an open house with my business partner and we were just getting there setting up about 20 mins before our start time. I heard a few quick pops and I didn't know what it was but thought it might've been a knock so I went to check but no one was out front.

We keep getting set up and I go to put some signs in the front yard. As I'm walking out the door I catch something out of the corner of my eye, look over and see a guy laying down on the driveway underneath the front of a car in all black with a rifle pointed right at me. It startled the fuck out of me, takes me half a second to recognize its a cop and he starts yelling at me to go inside.

After that the cop vehicles start pouring in, more than we can count. There were some cops that came in to stay with us and get a different view of the house next door which is when we find out what is happening. The lady next door had gotten in a fight with her husband, got stupid drunk and fired off a few rounds from a high powered rifle. They bring in this decommissioned armored military vehicle with a big ass speaker trying to negotiate with her. We were there for about 3 hours and ended up getting escorted out the back before it was over.

Third one - I was walking downtown at like 3am one time and saw a couple of people fucking on a bench. But hey who hasn't done that.
