All right guys I have a strange question. So when I put my city recycling bin and garbage can out by the side of the road, (I live off of 31st Street South which I know isn't the best area.) However I am constantly having issues where right after the garbage men pick up my trash and recycles while I am at work, I come home to find that either my neighbors or people walking down the street have suddenly decided to use my trash can and recycling bin and fill it all the way up to the brim almost every week with other people's trash and all kinds of stuff....Its very frustrating because then I have no room to put my trash in there...dies Anybody have any solutions to this problem? I've looked it up online but everybody is just saying to put a lock on it however if I put a lock on it then the garbage man won't be able to dump my trash out. this is rather frustrating and makes me upset, I have put a sign on my garbage can to please not put your trash in here unless you live here and that has only seemed to encourage people to add more to my trash cans...I love st pete but wtf lol.
