Best traditional pin up/lady head tattoo artist?

Looking for anyone’s recommendations for the best traditional artists in the area since I moved away awhile ago and recently came back. I’m specifically planning on getting a pin up or lady head, so i’m wondering if anyone knows an artist especially talented with pin ups or lady head pieces. I’ve seen artists who do other great traditional tattoos but when it comes to pin ups and such they just seem kinda flat/lifeless in the face. Thanks!
