Restaurant Recommendations for Birthday Dinner

Post Body

I'm looking for suggestions on your favorite upscale places for a special occasion. My girlfriend's birthday is coming up in a few months and, while I thought I was ahead of the game by making plans in October, Stone Soup Cottage (my first choice) is booked up all the way through March. We have already been to the following for special occasions and would prefer to try something new:

-Sidney Street

-Tony's

-Herbie's

-Vin De Set

I would especially like something with a multi course tasting menu but am open to anything. Blood & Sand and Elaia are two that caught my eye if anyone has feedback on them. We like virtually everything, so no issues with pickiness.

Edit: in case I cannot get to them all, I just wanted to say thank you for all of the excellent suggestions. I'm really glad we have so many options to choose from, but it makes it tough to pick!

If you’re not opposed to a 45 minute drive check out the Hawthorn Inn. It’s a great restaurant tucked away in Labadie, MO. Nothing exotic, pastas, steaks, salads etc. but damn if it isn’t delicious! Plus, Labadie is a cool little town to check out.
