I went to the Clayton Rd Bread Co to do homework and this man sat directly in front of me and STARED at me and kept repeating that I was so pretty. I said thanks and then he asked what I was writing/my name/my number and I told him I wasn’t interested and he said “well I AM” and got increasingly more aggressive. He continued staring and saying things, and had his arm on the ledge, his hand in my booth. I called my dad and he stayed on the phone while his friend called the store. The manager finally came out and escorted me to my car, and told me they would escort the man and get police there. This man had no food, no drink, NOTHING, and all he did was sit there and stare at me repeating that I was pretty for literally 30-35 minutes. I’m waiting on the officer to return my call and tell me what ever came of it. Has anyone had a run in with an old black man at this location? I went to the Richmond Heights location bc I figured it would be safer than other areas in St. Louis.
