Companies located in STL
Post Body

The hubby and I are seriously considering a move to STL. What are some of the best companies to work for? Thinking about companies that value work/life balance, offer good PTO, health insurance, etc. Heā€™s in HR and Iā€™ve always had executive assistant / project coordinator level like jobs.

His background is in higher education. My background ranges from insurance companies, financial advisors, to higher education. Heā€™d like to move towards corporate but given 20 years of higher education, corporate hasnā€™t given him a chance just yet. We both are currently working at a university. Heā€™s maxed out his PTO accrual (315 hours / 42 days), has ā€œunlimitedā€ sick leave, great pension. Iā€™m sharing those amounts just to offer the time off weā€™re used to. We understand itā€™s extremely unlikely weā€™ll get this amount again l, but if we could get something close to it thatā€™d be better than just 1 or 2 weeks.

Thanks everyone and happy Memorial Day!
