Recommended route tomorrow morning?

Out of the three options shown in the photos - wondering if anyone has tips on the best route to Niagara? Leaving tomorrow at 6am. Sorry (lol Canadian) if this isn’t the place to post this. Best being the quickest, least risky for bad traffic/construction, more enjoyable, etc. Thanks in advance :)
