(US resident but originally from Montreal...)
Planning to visit St John's possibly in late June/July, but there are no rental cars available (I tried a number of website, I assure you). I also know that there are no Ubers in St John's. I will assume that there are taxi's, and likely a bus system.
So the question is, how doable is it to visit without a rental car? I know that Montreal is easily navigable by Bus/Metro (I've done it many times when I was too young to drive).

We faced the same issue but we’re able to secure a vehicle from the Turo app. Basically AirBnB but for cars lol
