Thinking of moving here
Post Body

Hey everybody, like the title says, I’m thinking of moving here. I graduate college in May with a marketing degree. I’m a guy, 24 years old (running a little late on graduating lol I know) Always wanted to live by the beach, and always wanted to be in a walkable city. From what I’ve read, St. Augustine is one of the most walkable cities in Florida. Is that true? I currently have a job that I’m hoping will let me work fully remote (logistics), but if not then I’d be on the hunt for employment as well. I just wanted to post here and see if I could get some advice on maybe where to look for apartments/homes for rent, which areas to look at, and if it’s truly as walkable as they say! Are there a good number of people my age here or is it an older demographic? Thanks guys

***edit to add: when I’m asking about people around my age let me clarify: I’m not a partier, I’m very health conscious and active, I rarely drink. Not looking for nightclubs!! However I do thoroughly enjoy going to a sports bar/restaurant bar and watching football, I will indulge in a couple drinks then. But are there a decent amount of places like that, with people around my age? (20-30)

Edit 2: wow okay quick response, thanks for the info guys. I must have been reading just about the downtown area. Are there any areas of coastal Florida anybody would recommend I do some research on? I’d prefer not a huge city like Miami/Orlando. Thanks again everyone!!
