$BBIG Shares Available to Short

Wondering if anyone else is concerned about the number of shares available to short for the stock $BBIG (Vinco Ventures). Looking on IBorrowDesk, it shows there are 90,000 shares available to short. Given that the volume today was 50 MM shares, it doesn’t seem like 90,000 shares available to short would have a big effect on the price. Is that right? Or, is it possible for short sellers to strategically make trades with 90,000 shares to retard price action? Thanks
