With last night's Raw ending without a United States Championship bout announced for the weekend, it's a distinct possibility that Reigns v. Lesnar will be the only men's singles title match on the card at WrestleMania. There have been only 3 other times where this was the case.
At WrestleMania I, only the Intercontinental Championship was contested. WWF Champion Hulk Hogan was in the main event, but it was a tag team match so his title wasn't on the line.
At WrestleMania XII, only the WWF Championship was contested. Officially, there was no Intercontinental Champion to defend at Mania XII, as Goldust's title was vacated effective March 25, WM XII happened March 31, and Goldust reclaimed the title after the event. However, it looks like the decision to vacate the title was made on April 1 and then backdated, and Goldust did compete in a Hollywood Backlot Brawl with Roddy Piper. So, depending how you look at it, there was arguably another men's singles champion in action that night.
At WrestleMania XXX, only the WWE Championship was contested. United States Champion Dean Ambrose joined The Shield in a 6 man tag match against Kane and the New Age Outlaws. Intercontinental Champion Big E did not compete.
So, unless Finn Balor or the winner of Friday's triple threat are added to the card, this will be the first ever WrestleMania where only one match features a men's singles champion.
It will also be the first WrestleMania in either brand split era where multiple men's singles title matches do not occur (XXX was between the two brand splits, I and XII were before them).
And, because Mania is now a 2 night event, Saturday currently stands to be the first WrestleMania card ever to feature no men's singles title match, nor any men's singles champions competing in non-title matches.

thought crossed my mind when I was making this list, because the other "men's title" match at VI was the Million Dollar Championship (Main Event featured both main belts).
However, I have 2 additional justifications for why I count VI and wouldn't count a 24/7 "match" Saturday:
1) VI couldn't have another title match without making someone fight twice. I, XII, XXX, and 38 all had champions available for title matches.
2) The 24/7 championship is not a men's title.
