Were there any good or even great Vince Russo-era WCW storylines?

All I ever hear about Vince Russo in WCW is that it was a giant dumpster fire. I can't really comment on it since I never watched late WCW. But I know Russo put out some of the best storylines and angles of late-90's WWF (I know, people say McMahon must have been a good filter for the bad ideas), so I have a hard time believing everything he did in WCW was completely awful.

The the title states, for anyone who did watch it or caught up with the Russo Era of WCW on the WWE Network, what were good or even great storylines and angles from that period?
