This month my friend said he was interested in watching wrestling for the first time, I considered NJPW, and AEW but went with Lucha because of the way the show is shot. So I'm just going to leave notes on his first impression.

So we are a little after Aztec Warfare, and he completely has fallen in love with the show.

Fenix from the moment he showed up automatically became his favorite wrestler. Despite the fact the show had already shown some amazing high flying with Puma, and Mundo, Fenix stood out to him the moment he saw him.

He doesn't like Pentagon Jr. at all. So I'm hoping that changes when the Vamp storyline happens.

Random wrestlers from the show that he likes includes El Mariachi Loco, Blue Demon Jr, Son of Havoc, Mil Muertes and Catrina, Mascarita Sagrada, Big Ryck and the Crew (the break up just happened and he's hoping Big Ryck returns with an eye patch) and Angelico.

I also think he's warming up to Cage as well. But for some reason thinks his "I'm a machine" thing is stupid.

He thinks Chavo is amazing as a character. And was hyped to see Blue Demon get his revenge.

And crazy enough he did not care for the Drago and King Cuerno feud.

Hyped to continue watching it's awesome that he's fell in love with the show, makes me appreciate the way Lucha Underground is done.
