I get that she isn't the cleanest wrestler. Sometimes her work is a little sloppy. That being said, she isn't the botch machine so many make her out to be.
Personally, I'm a huge fan of Naomi, and I appreciate the fact that she's constantly working to grow as a wrestler.
First, she has a moveset that is constantly growing, and developing. Naomi was a burst of fresh air when she first started wrestling because of her combined athleticism, and her willingness to perform moves that other women wouldn't. From outside springboards, to running Frankensteiners, to planchas before women began using suicide dives on WWETV (aside from Lita 10 years ago), Naomi was doing everything women wrestlers didn't do. Her moveset is still growing though, incorporating more strikes (primarily after teaming with Asuka, so tag team storytelling consistency!!!)
Second, she wanted to make her own name and identity in pro wrestling. Remember when the Glow gimmick made it's debut? Apparently on a WWE house show, she didn't give word to higher ups about it, and she chose the gear, and asked music production to have her music changed for the night. She wasn't used much before this, and this new entrance gave her more attention, and was a refreshing change. That was mentioned on Total Divas (which sometimes lives within kayfaybe, so I don't know how true this is). For me, that shows she's developing based on her talent, and ideas.
Also, her and Asuka were a great team. They didn't have a lot of time together, but they had great chemistry, and fun tag team offense.
I'm not saying she's perfect. She tries to add to much to her moveset regularly, so some of her loves lack a certain polish, and cleanness. She doesn't have a strong mic presence, though she has physical charisma. Aside from the Glow entrance/gimmick, she feels like a character that's just "happy to be here". That being said, she works hard, constantly is growing as a wrestler, is trying to create her own path away from her husband, and is a bridge between the meh-Divas era, and the talent that want to wrestle and kick ass (which she has always done in my opinion)
Don't let a jumping booty attack be the only judge of her. There's a lot more to Naomi
EDIT: top moves video, which isn't even fully complete because of her recent work, and additions to her moveset https://youtu.be/szYRWGrzdK8
