Who are your favourite “hidden gems”?

Today I found myself watching the classic Joe/Styles/Daniels three way and the whole time I was mesmerized by how over Daniels was at that time and how much he has contributed to the industry despite never really being “the guy”.
It got me thinking about wrestlers who have done so much but might be forgotten in the grand scheme of things.
