If they are going to be doing a ladder match for each Wrestlemania like they have the last few years, why don't they make it an official Wrestlemania tradition instead of just announcing it at random in the weeks leading to the show?
Previously we had the MITB matches. Then we had two IC title Ladder matches and last year the Tag Team Ladder match. These last 3 matches were seemingly made ladder matches "just because". Why not make a storyline out of it each year? From memory I'm pretty sure last years tag team match became a ladder match because the wrestlers involved were fighting backstage and some ladders happened to be there, then it was announced as a ladder match not long after. You could have a heel saying he's not defending his belt in the Wrestlemania Ladder match and a face saying he wants to prove himself and defend his belt in one. Or something.
