If you listen to very many podcasts, you've probably heard about the patent trolls trying to sue podcasters out of existence. Here's a good summary from the EFF.. The EFF and others are trying to prove that the technologies described in the patent application existed before October 2, 1996.
This goes to the limits of my memory, but does anyone else remember a "secret" WCW website, run by the WCW web admin team? If I remember correctly, it was essentially a podcast, that automatically updated with audio episodes once a week or so. And I know that it existed before 1996, because I remember that they leaked Ric Flair's return.
I can't find any information about it online, but I figure if anyone has information on it, it would be r/squaredcircle.
